Clean rooms, a good breakfast, and friendly staff. If you want somewhere in the city center, you couldn’t ask for a better location. It has basically everything you could wish for.

The location right in the old town was great, and the balcony was nice. The price was okay, and breakfast was better than the average Italian breakfast. But although the room was meant to be superior, it was rather dark. There was sometimes a smell of feces, and the shower had no pressure at all. It was also hard to get hot water. We wouldn’t come back.

I had to wait two hours to get an ambulance, and then they were slow to act so they wouldn’t disturb people who were eating, even though I was in terrible pain. The manager wanted me to pay as soon as possible, but the card was declined, and they added a city tax of 7 euros. Why? For the reception service, minus 3. There are far too many stars for it.

Pietro at the front desk went above and beyond, explaining the city and giving us great dinner suggestions. The customer service was amazing and friendly. We had a spacious room with a balcony, and everything was extremely clean. We loved that the air conditioning could get super cold, which we needed in the summer heat. The location couldn’t be better, and breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Our three nights at Hotel Roma were wonderful. I have nothing negative to say, and if the rating went higher, I’d give it a 10. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

The hotel has attractive decor and a fantastic central location. My room was comfortable, and the air conditioning did its job. The shower room looked quite dated, though, and the shower itself was very small.
