The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was clean too, with towels provided. The location is decent, about 20 minutes on foot from the city centre, with quiet surroundings. The overall stay was good, and it's still not a bad choice, but I expected more for the price. I can't say the same for some of the cleaning staff or guests, who showed little consideration for others. Being noisy enough to wake someone at 7:30 in the morning is completely unacceptable to me. I understand staff need to clean for the next guest, but they could close the room door so other guests can rest.

There were shoe marks on our sheets, so we asked the receptionist on duty during the day for fresh ones. They helped when we raised it, but we shouldn't have had to deal with that. My husband and I stayed for two nights, and it was an unpleasant experience. The hotel was very noisy, with sounds waking us at 3 a.m. or 7 a.m. There was no one at reception to intervene, and people came down the stairs making a lot of noise. I would never stay there again.

A terrible stay. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, no fridge, and no information about the tourist tax. The walls were thin enough that we could hear all the noise. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together.

For a budget hotel, this was one of the best places I've stayed. The video call check-in felt a bit odd at first, but it works and I didn't mind it. The location is very nice if you use a shared electric bike. Special shoutout to the very nice guy who keeps the place clean and tidy.

We had a precious private balcony, and the room was cleaned every day. The cleaning lady was really kind and nice. Check-in was simple, and we could always get in touch with the staff. Very nice hotel.
