We had a couple of small hiccups, but the staff sorted them out right away. They were friendly and efficient, communicated clearly, and speak excellent English if, like me, you don't speak Italian. On arrival they had left a little bag with breakfast items, a soft drink, tea and coffee. The flat itself is warm and comfortable, with a charming, quirky feel, right in the city center and about a 10-minute walk from the railway station. I'd strongly recommend it as a base for seeing Bologna and the wider region.

The location is close to all the main attractions, and check-in was simple. We stayed four nights and found the place very comfortable, with more than we expected. The room's whimsical pictures and decorations made it especially charming. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine. It was all clean, the water was hot, and the bed was firm and comfortable. Nights were quiet except for Saturday, which is what you'd expect near the city center. We could happily stay here for a month.

The owner and the reception staff for the apartments were really kind and helpful. The place was cozy, clean, and near the city center, with all the appliances and amenities we needed. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to everywhere and the central train station about a 13ish minute walk away. We spent five nights in Bologna and loved our stay. The room had everything we needed, including AC, a kitchen, and a terrace, and the people there were kind and helpful. I'd book this place again.

The location was superb, about 5' from Piazza Maggiore and 15-20' across town from the Margherita gardens. The reception was easygoing, they let us leave our luggage on our last day, handled check-in digitally, and arranged a cab to the airport in under 10'. The sofa bed mattress was a bit worn, and four people might have felt cramped. We were three, though, and spent most of our time in Bologna or a nearby town. Everything else in the apartment was ideal, and we even did two loads of laundry. We'd stay again.
