La Casa Di Eva

Fabio welcomed us, showed us around, and was genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful. The place was inviting and very clean, and you can reach the area easily on foot in about 20 minutes. We highly recommend getting in touch with him and staying here.

Fabio, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed, even on a particularly difficult day when flooding had badly damaged streets around Bologna. The apartment is brand new, has every comfort, and works well for four people. Its location just outside the city is fantastic, so there’s no need to worry about the ZTL (limited traffic zone). I’d give it more than five stars if I could. Highly recommended, and it’ll be my first choice next time I’m in Bologna.

We drove and found parking very close by in a blue zone, where it costs 6.50 to park for the whole day. The apartment was lovely and very clean, close to Bologna’s centre. It’s at one of the entrances to the historic city, and the main square is about a 15-minute walk along an arcaded street.

The owners are so kind, and the house is spectacular, tidy, and really comfortable, with every comfort you need. When I’m back in Bologna, I’ll call Fabio directly instead of looking elsewhere. I’ll definitely stay with them again.
