Le Suite Di Luna Rossella

They cancelled our apartment just 20 minutes before our flight. Horrible experience.

They let us into the apartment before the scheduled time even though we arrived early, which was appreciated. We stayed two nights and three days in a very spacious place with all the amenities. There were nice touches like a water pitcher, coffee capsules, tea bags, and towels arranged on the beds. The city center is about a 20-30 minute drive away. The only problems were a shower door that wouldn’t close properly, leaving water on the floor, and no mop or broom. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Apartment 6 was in a good, quiet location, and the apartment itself was decent. Parking along the street was paid only. We had to go to an office about 1 km away to check in the morning after we arrived. Inside, the floor was dirty and sticky, and open food packets and empty bottles had been left in the kitchen cupboards. The loft TV had no remote and couldn’t be used, while the shower was broken with no way to fix the showerhead to the wall. The loft floor was cracked and very noisy underfoot. I reported the shower and missing remote right away and asked for them to be fixed, but nothing came of it. We stayed 2 nights.

I’m disappointed with the way the owner treated me. He saw a young woman in a group of young people and seemed to think he could be rude until I paid immediately. He demanded check-in and payment right away, wouldn’t accept a bank transfer or different credit cards, and threatened to vacate our rooms if I didn’t come at once. I worked from morning to night, so I could only meet him before 8:30 in the morning or late at night. I even offered to come from work at 8pm to pay, but he said they were already closed then. Demanding payment before the stay ended is unheard of, even in the shabbiest hostels. Don’t count on communicating with his secretary. As for the rooms, 6 smelled terribly of smoke, 7 was dimly lit, and although the furnishings were nice, the rooms weren’t tidied between nights. I don’t recommend it.
