The breakfast had plenty of choice, including vegan options, and oat milk was easy to get. Pamela in the restaurant was professional, pleasant, and quick to help. We also found the hotel convenient for the airport, though it wasn’t attractive. Some of the other staff were pleasant but not flexible. There were several problems. The air-conditioning didn’t work, despite being advertised on the website. The shower in one of our rooms wouldn’t drain, and it still hadn’t been fixed during our stay even after we reported it three times. The fitness centre was very small and had no sanitising wipes for the equipment. At checkout we handed in our key cards, and reception didn’t mention any money outstanding. Later, when my friend asked about lunch, we were told we still owed room tax, which we paid promptly. I was appalled by the front desk’s lack of professionalism and service. I had a lovely time in Bologna, but I won’t stay here again.

We had two rooms at this hotel just outside Bologna. There’s a bus stop right outside and plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. The small fridge and coffee and tea facilities were useful, and breakfast was very good, though there was only one coffee machine. The rooms felt too warm, since the temperature couldn’t be set below 21°C. We were also disappointed that the spa could only be booked privately, for over €100 for two people. All in all, a great place to stay.

I’d paid for and booked my room well ahead of time, but when I arrived after a long journey, the hotel said they had no room for me. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful. Staff gave no clear explanation and took no accountability. Taking payment and confirming a reservation, then failing to provide a room, is completely unacceptable. I’d urge others to think twice before booking, since reservations don’t seem to be reliably honoured. A hotel should offer basic reliability and customer care, and this experience fell far short.

You can hear a lot through the thin walls, including neighbours partying and snoring 🥲. Still a nice place, just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Breakfast was tasty and included fruit, and the receptionist was very polite. The hotel is well located, with free parking nearby. Our room was clean and had what we needed, even a toothbrush and shower cap 😁. Pets can stay without an extra charge. I’d highly recommend it.
