It's a large room close to the city center. The owner might not be there when you arrive, so make sure you have his phone number with you.

The staff were helpful, and the location is a big plus, just a five-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast is self-service. In summer the rooms get quite warm, and there's only a fan instead of air conditioning.
