I stayed at this B&B for two nights and really enjoyed it. The owners were friendly, and my room felt warm, cozy, and very nice.

I wasn't told the room would be in a basement, so it felt like an unpleasant surprise. That's why I gave one star instead of two. The mattress felt almost nonexistent, more like very soft foam, and was extremely uncomfortable. The room was really dusty and had no wastebasket. At least the blankets, towels, and shared bathroom were clean. Breakfast was just croissants and a cheap fruit juice. I might not even like that juice, but the choice was take the one he gives you or go to a bar. €40 is too much for what you get. I'd rather pay €10 more for somewhere cleaner and more comfortable with a great breakfast, especially when I'm paying for it. I won't return. I had to leave two days early because of something unexpected. The owner wouldn't refund even half the cost, though he said if I came back he'd give me a discount or charge me nothing. It was my inconvenience, of course, but I still count how he handled it as part of the hospitality.
The lady who greeted us was lovely, and the price for two nights felt fair. My boyfriend and I stayed at this B&B near central Bologna, and the room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was modest, unfortunately all pre-packaged. We had a nice stay and would recommend it.
We could walk to the center from here, which was handy. The owner was very kind, and our room was clean and quiet. There was a garden where you could smoke and have breakfast too. I'd recommend it.
Vanessa's delicious breakfasts and sunny cheerfulness were a real treat. We stayed at the B&B from September 16th to 22nd and had a lovely time, with Enrico's great hospitality and good accommodations. Unfortunately, the city's fair season meant we had to change rooms three times. The price can shoot up during fair season, which is the one downside. Still, it's a very good option if you need to go to Sant'Orsola. Antonia and Matteo
