Residence Opera

We loved how easy it was to stay here, and the place itself was really nice and well made. We never met anyone from the staff or management. The room was comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy bed and full AC. The bathrooms were good, though the showers were much too small. Right in the city centre, with everything walkable.

It was hard to leave Bologna and Francesca’s apartment. We stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was easily one of the best: gorgeous, beautifully finished, full of natural light and spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the upstairs loft was great for our kids. You’re right in the middle of everything, but it’s still quiet inside. Francesca and Isabella at the front desk were outstanding. They stored our luggage, helped us find a taxi and suggested restaurants. The free laundry room in the basement, with a dryer too, was wonderful. We hope to come back.

We really liked the terrace, and the apartment was easy to access with self check-in. It was very clean, nicely located and had two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms were difficult to heat at the end of November and beginning of December, which was the one inconvenience for us. I’d definitely recommend the place.

We had a really nice stay for a few nights in Bologna. The room was clean and comfortable, with good air con, a great location, minimalist white decor, and a good-sized bathroom and kitchenette. Reception and booking staff were friendly and helpful. There was a strange curtain on the outside of our room, so technically someone could have opened it. Thankfully, nobody did.
