The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever we needed them, and breakfast vouchers gave us more than enough pastries to choose from. They were really good. Our apartment was roomy and clean, with a comfortable mattress and useful things for a short stay, including an iron, hairdryer, dishes, and an espresso machine. The location was fine. There were tram line works while we were there, though that wasn't the property's fault. I'd recommend staying here.

We had vouchers for Pasticceria Saffi and Nona, and both served excellent quality food. Saffi was busier and had a wider choice. The apartment was clean and modern, with a coffee machine, smart TV, toiletries, and linen. It's close to Bologna's center, about a 13 min walk to Piazza Maggiore.

The place was clean and pleasant, with a comfortable bed and pillows and nice towels. Getting into the apartment had worried me, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was okay. Breakfast came as a 5 euro coupon for a nearby bakery, and it was decent. The shower needs attention: its holder wouldn't stay in place, and the mold should be checked.

The room noise made it hard to relax, since there was basically no sound insulation. Cleaning also needs work: I found stains on the textiles, dirty cups, and a horrible smell in the bathroom. The amenities were decent, and staff responded quickly on WhatsApp, but I still wouldn't recommend this place. Future renovations could focus on soundproofing.

The apartment was clean, tidy, well equipped, and in a great location. We had trouble with the self check-in after a long trip, but some friendly people helped us get through it. The pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing too, with very limited continental options at the partner cafe and everything overpriced.
