Couldn't ask for a better spot, right in the center of town! The room was really nice. Thank you.

The staff were terrible. There was nobody at reception, apparently just there for police check-in, and the bathroom had no soap, only a few shower gel sachets. When we asked for an extra towel, they responded hysterically on WhatsApp. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the kitchen had no napkins or paper towels.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the location right by Piazza Maggiore was hard to beat. We booked through Booking.com, where it said reception was open 24 hours. We arrived at midnight, though, and had to pay an extra €20.
