We picked this place because our flight from Bologna Airport (BLQ) was early and we wanted to stay close by. The owners welcomed us with a smile, explained how everything worked, and left breakfast food and coffee in the clean room. It was an easy walk to the airport, about 20 minutes. The WiFi was patchy in our room, though; the strongest signal I found was on the landing at the top of the stairs. Milk for the coffee and a bathroom window blind for privacy would also have been useful.

They waited for us even though we checked in quite late, then showed us to our room. It’s a welcoming family business, and everyone was hospitable. I had coffee and a croissant in the morning, and the airport was about 20 minutes away. We’ll definitely come back.

The area was very quiet, and the comfortable bed and kind service made this a great stay. The host gave me a warm welcome and showed me everything I needed in the room. It’s very close to the local airport, which makes it a good option if you have an early flight and would rather not spend hours at the airport. Grazie!!! I’d highly recommend it.

Mrs Rosella and Mr. Ezio made me feel right at home. Mrs Rosella even gave me a ride to the airport, which was a big help. The place was clean, cozy, and very well organized. I’d recommend it 100%.

Ezio and his wife were welcoming, and even lent me an umbrella when it was raining. They only speak Italian, but their son does much of the communication in English. I arranged everything easily over Whatsapp. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was hardly any airport noise. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the airport on sidewalks, and I felt completely safe walking there at 5:30am. Great value, but keep in mind they only take cash.
