Getting into the city center was easy, and the place was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented.

The room was quite clean, though there was a faint smell of cleaning products. Maybe the whole area has that chemical smell because Bologna is a major medical city and the students are very clean. Apart from that, it was a nice stay. There’s a bus stop downstairs, and the university area is no more than a 25-minute walk away. The hotel is inside a private residential building with an elevator, which is handy when you have luggage. Check-in is self-service using a password, so read the host’s message carefully. It has the code, and without it you could be left waiting outside for a long time.

It’s a little way from the center, but an enjoyable 15-20 minute walk gets you to the main sights and city services. The rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable, and quiet. The property is on the first floor of a building, and nobody bothers you. People are instead ready to help with great kindness and hospitality. The owner was professional, very kind, and helpful. In Emilia Romagna, respect, good manners, and a strong sense of civic responsibility seem to go hand in hand. Congratulations for everything, and I hope to come back soon.

I was in Bologna for a trade fair, and the location worked really well, only a 10-12 minute walk away. The city center is nearby too, with a bus stop right outside the building. The rooms were clean, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again if I return to Bologna.
