Suite Hotel Elite

The breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and had a great range of choices. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, and the convenient location made it easy to reach the city center and public transportation. We had a very pleasant, quiet stay and were very satisfied. There was a small drainage issue, and the facilities and equipment could use a bit of refreshing to make things more comfortable. We’d definitely stay again for the warm atmosphere and great service.

After driving for more than 12 hours, we reached the hotel at 2am, only to be woken at 8:00 by drilling in the next room. It wouldn’t stop. When we asked what was happening, they told us the entire second floor was being renovated. We got five hours of sleep, breakfast wasn’t included, and there is no parking lot. We spent nearly an hour searching for two parking spots and wondered how a four-star hotel could lack simple guest parking. I really don’t recommend this hotel, especially during the renovation period, unless you want only five hours of sleep.

The staff were nice, and they let us check in early. The room was spacious and the bed pretty comfortable, but it wasn’t very clean. The walls were dirty, and the furniture was torn and dirty too. We only stayed one night. It’s not the closest to the city center, though the location is still decent.

The room itself was spacious and bright, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. But our one-night stay in late October turned disgusting the next morning. After I ran the bath jets for about 20 minutes, I switched them off and found little bits of grime and dirt all around me. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and a very disappointing lack of cleaning for a four-star place. I even ended up bathing in whatever filth the previous guests had left behind. I told reception, and the staff member apologized and asked me to send videos on WhatsApp. She said she’d follow up, but a week later they still hadn’t opened them. When I messaged again, I finally got an answer saying they were sorry, but the problem wasn’t their fault and came from street waterworks outside the hotel. That explanation makes no sense to me, since the tub jets use the water in the bath, not water from the street. After that, they stopped replying. I’m shocked by how the hotel handled it.
