At €140 a night, I expected clean, tidy accommodation of a higher standard. Instead, there were water marks and damage on the walls, and our view was of the parking lot. The cleaning was poor, and the bathroom felt shabby, more like one in a hostel. The curtains were sheer and too small to cover the bedroom window. Since our room was on the ground floor and pedestrians could pass right by it, we had to keep the shutter closed for privacy. It was noisy as well. We can't recommend this hotel.

Our flight was cancelled, so we couldn't make the Bologna trip we'd been looking forward to or stay at the Old Convent. Pasquale was very helpful, cancelling our booking and arranging a refund. Thanks again, Pasquale. We hope we get to visit Bologna soon!

There's plenty of space here, and it's very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the place has pretty much everything a traveller needs. The host was also really nice and helpful.

The bed had a section that had collapsed, and there wasn't an iron. The washing machine also didn't work properly.

Great location, and the apartment was decent.
