Touring Hotel

The rooftop views, charming feel and location were all lovely, but it's the personal, sincere service that would bring us back to Hotel Touring. The staff were warm, professional and attentive every time we saw them, whether helping us with recommendations or requests, or just greeting us kindly each day. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and its position makes it easy to explore Bologna. Highly recommend it if you want a place that really understands hospitality.

They were happy to arrange both a late check-in and late check-out, and the staff were lovely. The hotel is centrally located, with secure parking available for an extra charge. Breakfast was good, and they let us take it up to our room. We'll come back next time we're in Bologna!

Breakfast was such a good spread, with servers coming around to offer fresh cappuccino or espresso. It was an excellent way to start the day. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and I'd go back in a heartbeat. My room was great, especially the balcony. I kept stepping out for the rooftop views and the famous towers, which felt like a movie scene. Hotel Touring is close to a nice park, shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from Piazza Maggiore, so exploring Bologna's historic center was easy.

We were delighted with our stay at Hotel Touring. When we checked out, the team called a taxi so we'd get to Bologna Centrale in time for our train. Then, once we were in the taxi, the desk rang the driver because we'd left our chargers in the room. Maurizio came out with them when we returned. Maurizio had also gone out of his way to call several restaurants and check they had gluten-free options for me, since I have celiac disease. The location, room, breakfast and staff were all wonderful. Grazie per tutti! We'll definitely be back.
