The room was very quiet, facing the building's internal courtyard. The area is naturally quiet too, since it's near a hospital. It's just outside the city centre, where driving is practically impossible for tourists, and about a 15-minute walk in. The new room had an elevator and a private bathroom, both spacious and clean. The price was very good compared with a similar hotel room. Breakfast wasn't included, but there was a kettle with cups, tea bags and sugar.

I've travelled to Bologna often for work and always slept well here, even though the ambulance entrance is practically underneath. The B&B is very close to Sant'Orsola Hospital. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, check-in is fully automatic, and the value for money is unbeatable.

The location is excellent, just steps from Sant'Orsola. I stayed two nights in room no. 4, which was spacious and clean, with a large desk that made remote work convenient. It had a large wall-mounted TV too. The bathroom was roomy, with a shower, and the air conditioning was much appreciated with 35°C outside.

Easy access, and the owner is always available. I come back to this place almost every week for work, and it's always spotless, welcoming, clean and practical.
