The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and some had pretty views. The grounds and facility are beautiful, and it felt very safe. There are several good restaurants nearby and multiple bus routes within walking distance. It’s close to the airport, but you definitely need a taxi to get there. The bus to Bologna takes 30 minutes, and getting to Modena by bus and train took us over an hour. So it wasn’t convenient for visiting either city. This also isn’t a full-service hotel in terms of staff or food, and breakfast was limited.

I only stayed one night, but that was enough to see how well organized they are. The rooms were very clean and the gardens beautiful. It’s very near the airport, which is especially useful if you have an early flight.

I couldn’t sleep at all. The heater came on automatically, and there was no way to turn it down or switch it to cold. I opened the windows for air, but then I could hear traffic from the highway. I’d asked for a quiet room before I arrived and got this instead. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call reception. I walked over there, but no one was around to help. Unbelievable. Awful, go somewhere else.

The dessert called "remembering Istanbul" was unforgettable, an explosion of floral tastes and colors. Don’t miss the special tortellini either. A special dinner with wonderful plates from a great chef, and the entrée and main courses were very good.
