The price was good, and this was the best breakfast I've had so far. There was more than the usual sweets: cheese, meat, baguette, pizza bread, and olive bread. They even served proper latte coffee with warm milk on the side. Those little details matter. ;) The lady was friendly. She didn't speak English, but gestures work everywhere.

The room was spotless and practical, and the place is peaceful and charming, close to both the lake and the center of Bolsena. The very kind, friendly lady baked delicious cakes, which made it a lovely spot to relax and recharge. We stayed from August 3rd to today, and it was well worth it. I'd happily come back and recommend it. Greetings from Graziella and Alessandro, and a hug to "Sissi," the farm's mascot 😀

The room was clean, but there wasn't anything supplied, like soap, detergent, or shower gel. There was no Wi-Fi password in the room either, so you have to ask for it. The lady was very kind and made us feel at ease at breakfast, and her desserts were delicious. I would have given more stars for the location. Just a few meters away there's an EXCELLENT restaurant serving pizza, first courses, and more at good prices, and you're only a few km from the center and LUNGOLAGO 👍🖐

We had a really positive weekend in Bolsena. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They even lent us a cable for charging the boat's batteries. We also appreciated the freshly made cakes waiting in the morning, especially since we got up very early. It's close to the center but tucked away among greenery. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back.
