We stayed here for New Year's Eve as a group of 12, and everything went perfectly. The apartments were clean and well looked after. It’s a beautiful farmhouse with a truly enviable spot overlooking the lake, ideal for relaxing in nature and exploring the area 😍🌅

We felt at home thanks to the welcoming owners. The villa had all the comforts, and its green setting with a lake view was top notch. A perfect weekend for Immaculate Conception. We’d be very happy to come back in summer. Highly recommended.

Amelio welcomed us warmly and looked after us throughout the stay. He suggested characteristic spots and places to eat in this beautiful region. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the place has real charm. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much, Amelio 😘👋👍🔝

We spent 9 nights here, two adults and two children, and relaxation was the theme the whole time. The owners are lovely and made us feel at ease right away, always attentive to what we needed. Our apartment was very clean and had every comfort. The setting is enchanting, surrounded by nature with a stunning lake view, and the swimming pool overlooking the lake was the icing on the cake. It’s also a great base for trekking, with several trails starting there, some very easy, and some lovely views along the way. Bolsena's center and its beautiful lakeside promenade are only a few minutes away by car. Casale Citerno!? Highly recommended. One of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Thank you!

The silence here is priceless 🤗 We were warmly welcomed to an estate surrounded by greenery. Our accommodation was very comfortable and had a view of the lake.
