What a wonderful stay. The view is breathtaking and the location is a paradise, 1000/100. Rooms were 100/100 for comfort and cleanliness. Service was 100/100 too, and Mihaela was lovely and available whenever needed. A huge bonus was how dog-friendly the place is. Our setter was better than us, and dogs seemed welcome without limits. We'd definitely return ❤️

This farmhouse sits on a hill with spectacular lake views, and there's an outdoor space set up for barbecues overlooking it. The apartment had the essentials. The bathroom is small, though adequate for a short stay.

The quiet location and the view are a real blessing. Perched above Lake Bolsena, the farmhouse has spectacular sunsets, and the surrounding nature is peaceful. One morning we saw a deer behind the house; it ran into the woods as soon as it noticed us. Our apartment was charming, with a rustic but refined style, and everything was clean and tidy. It had everything needed in the kitchen, separate bins for waste and a hairdryer in the bathroom. I still wonder how they make the towels so soft and absorbent after a shower. Mrs. Michela was delightful, booking us and arranging our arrival, and we were warmly welcomed with our 22-kg dog, Shirley. The secluded setting is perfect for dog owners. We could let her roam freely around the farmhouse as long as we stayed with her. We also bought olive oil made by their farm at their place down in the center of Bolsena. It's very good, and I'd recommend it for yourself or as a small gift to take home. Thank you Michela, we had a wonderful time.

The setting around Meridiano 12 is lovely, but apartment 3 was uncomfortable in several ways. The bed is right by the front door, and reaching the upstairs bathroom means taking a spiral staircase. Worse, the toilet is inside the shower, and even small details like the rusty soap dish were unpleasant. We got an entry code by text and never met the manager; no one checked in afterward to ask how things went. The long, bumpy dirt road to the apartments also wasn't made clear enough.
