The owner and receptionist were incredibly kind when my flight was cancelled and I needed somewhere to sleep in the middle of the night. My room and bathroom were roomy and quiet, and they even drove me to the nearby train station the next day so I wouldn’t miss my plane. Thank you so much!

Honestly, the photos say enough. On top of that, some staff were rude, and the hotel is in a pretty unsafe area.

If you want a quiet stay away from the city, this is a good option. It’s in Boltiere, near Milan, and has a charming feel, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and the service is good.

The owner welcomed us warmly despite the late hour, and even treated us to dinner and beer. We’d been given a room here by the carrier company after our flight from Bergamo was delayed. It was a decent place to spend the night.

We left after one night even though we’d booked two, because we didn’t feel comfortable there. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom had mold, and the window wouldn’t open. The air conditioning barely worked, so there was no fresh air. The hotel felt outdated, the area was bad, and the town wasn’t nice. The staff were friendly, and the bar was okay.
