We really didn’t want to leave. Apartments Klotz is in a quiet spot, yet you can walk to the station, nearby bus stops, places to eat, and shops. The station has a large car park, and it’s only a few minutes by car to the motorway. The apartments are thoughtfully designed and furnished, very clean, and have a lovely view of Sigmundskron castle. The owners are lovely, friendly, and always available if you need help. We couldn’t use the swimming pool because it was cold and out of season, but it would be a bonus in summer.

The description and photos matched what we found, and everything was just right. The three new, single-story bungalows are joined in pairs, with modern furnishings, lots of space, and comfortable, roomy beds. They sit on the outskirts of Bolzano in a quiet green spot, with a nice pool to cool off in. You can reach places along the cycle paths without using the public road. Bolzano is very bike-friendly, and there’s a nearby rental option if you didn’t bring a bike. This is how a 2025 stay should be, compliments!

We felt right at home in our clean, beautifully furnished apartment, with a wonderful view. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and easy-going. The pool was great, and the location was ideal, peaceful but still close to the center.

The owners were so welcoming, helpful, and happy to work with special requests. We had a wonderful week in Bolzano in one of the Klotz family’s three brand-new apartments. Everything was perfect, and I’d highly recommend it.

A lovely, cozy apartment, and everything we needed was there. It was very clean, and the hostess greeted us warmly. She’d left a bowl of apples and a bottle of wine on the table.
