Federico was helpful with every question and handled things so professionally and kindly. Our suitcase wheel broke two blocks from the hotel, and since we only had the afternoon to see town during our one-night stay, his help saved us a lot of time and energy. We asked where we could get it repaired, but he offered to check whether the hotel could handle it, and the maintenance engineer fixed it. The room was unusually well thought out and organized, like someone had actually tried using it. Breakfast was included and extraordinary, don't miss it. The one thing I missed was a heated towel bar, which surprised me given the climate. When I mentioned it, Federico said he'd pass it along to management. I've stayed in all kinds of hotels and travel fairly often, and Federico should be made management. I'd happily return to Bozen properties, even for a staycation. Thank you!

Angela was such a lovely, welcoming host. She greeted us, served breakfast, and saw us off at checkout. Breakfast was exceptional, and the sauna and steam bath were included with our stay. The hotel is brand new and very well appointed, though some areas are still closed. Its spot right by Waltherpark mall is super convenient, and I can see it becoming very popular.

This is a brand new hotel at the southern end of the old town, with the usual modern hotel amenities and a very contemporary look. Breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic, especially on a mild day when we could eat out on the patio. The gym was also very nice and had a great view. The nearby buildings in this part of town are new construction, so don't expect the old town views you get one block uphill. The connected shopping plaza is still being built. It'll be interesting to see what it's like when I visit Bolzano next year.

On my second day of a three-night stay, I lost the key to my suitcase padlock and couldn't open the case. It was late, so the shops were shut and I couldn't buy a cutting tool. The front desk staff were willing to help me find one at the hotel, even though that wasn't really their job. They solved the problem, and I really appreciate the help and hospitality from the three people in the photos. Very nice hotel, and friendly staff 🙏

Fabio looked after us a few times and was excellent, fun, and knowledgeable. Everyone was wonderful, from reception and the spa to rooftop dining. Bolzano was a great trip, and the hotel made it extra special. Thanks, Fabio and everyone at Falkensteiner, kudos.
