Public transport is right beside this small hotel, which is in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not very modern and clearly a few years old. Still a good option for a short stay.

The hospitality was nice. They let us leave our luggage in the lobby until check-in and use the communal toilet too. The place is literally in the city center, close to everywhere.

The rooms are cramped and dated, and the tiny elevator doesn't help. There was noise, no service, and communication was poor. The reception staff were rude and disrespectful.

A handy place to stay while visiting Bozen, with drinks sold at fair prices. I also appreciated the friendly staff and locked garage for my bike. The old town is right there, which made exploring easy. There’s a large construction site directly outside, so expect noise, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault. I did ask the receptionist not to have the room cleaned, but staff still went in while I was out. A door handle sign in each room would sort that out.

The place was quiet, pleasant enough, and well located. Some Black guys nearby were really friendly and helped me find the entrance, which wasn't obvious. I don't know why anyone felt unsafe. Maybe it was because of their skin color.
