The self check-in was clearly explained and went without a hitch. The apartment and shared areas were spotless, and the beds were comfortable. Our only small annoyance was the missing trash can in our room. Great location too, and we’d definitely consider staying again or recommending it.

Large rooms and comfortable beds, right in the city centre. The staff were great.

The host was friendly and gave us free transit passes for our stay, which was especially handy for taking the gondolas. The shared kitchen and clean rooms were good too. The location in Bolzano is wonderful. Check-in was very strict, though: we had to wait until 3:00pm before we could leave our bags and get the key.

The host was quick to reply, informative, and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, cozy, and well kept. It’s close to the centre, within walking distance of both the bus and train stations, and easy to find using Google Maps. There’s a shared kitchen, rooms, and bathroom. There’s no reception, and the price felt steep at Christmas.

Clean and comfortable, with a café and friendly staff nearby. The room was well priced and shared a communal area with two other rooms. Rent all three with your group and you’ve got a nice apartment to yourselves. There’s everything you need to cook if you want to.
