Everything about the villa itself was perfect. It was exactly as described, and we had a fantastic stay. I'd highly recommend the property. The rest of the experience was flawless if you don't mind sending your details by email to get the room access code. The check-in is the issue. Before we arrived, I got an aggressive message full of exclamation points, saying I wouldn't receive the hotel access codes unless I emailed a photo of my ID. Remote check-in may be convenient for the host, but I think IDs should be checked in person or through a certified, secure digital verification platform, as on all my other trips in Italy. Making guests send sensitive ID photos over unsecured email creates a privacy risk.

After a long drive, the free tea, coffee, water and beer were much appreciated. Parking was handy too, since street parking looked like a nightmare. The location worked really well, with everything just a short walk away.

The interior was calming and comfortable, and everything was very clean. We hadn’t planned the stay in advance, but the host still managed to find us a room. The service and whole experience were great. Thank you! Best regards, Nana

We slept really well here, thanks to the comfortable beds and a room temperature that was easy to adjust. It’s quiet, clean, and perfectly located. The rooms are small, but we only needed somewhere to sleep at the end of the day. We’d stay again.

We were left with nowhere to sleep, and the property refused to help. They kept our money, wouldn’t accept the refund through the booking platform, and said they’d sold our room for much less. They also refused to help us explain what had happened to the platform. Honestly, the worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
