There’s free parking right under the house, and it’s close to the highway, with a supermarket and gas station nearby. The location is a little isolated, but still good, and it works well for getting around by car or public transport. The house suits a large family, with a spacious living area, three bedrooms, and an upstairs attic.

You can reach the ski slopes and Merano thermal baths in about 30 minutes. The house is a bit isolated from the center, though it only takes a few minutes to get there. It’s functional and well furnished, with three bedrooms, an attic, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for several families.
