The rest of our stay was fine, but the apartment was cold. The old windows let in even more cold air, and there was no way to control the temperature. To get above 21 degrees Celsius, you had to pay for each extra degree, which would have been less absurd if the windows were solid. There was only a blanket, no quilt, and just a so-called pillow. We couldn't get a proper quilt or pillow. The landlord also made comments about our requests in a rather impolite way.

Amazing experience, and the price was good.

We've been coming for over 20 years, from June into July, in late August, and in September, and we've always been welcomed with great hospitality. They're also available off-season if that works better for you. The apartments are comfortable and fully equipped, though you'll need to bring your own food. If you prefer, you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Hotel San Leo, which is under the same management, and they never disappoint. Ornella, Ennio, Alessio, and all the staff always give you their best!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a nicely equipped kitchen. I also appreciated the dishwasher. But it wasn't suitable for a winter holiday. It was cold, especially in the living room, and there's only weak underfloor heating. We asked the lady to raise the temperature, and she did by one degree, but it still felt cold. She wanted us to pay for a further increase, even though we'd already paid 200 Euros for energy and water, 50 Euros per person. There was nowhere to dry wet clothes, and no ski room with a boot dryer. In the next building there was only a small cellar, with room to dry four pairs of boots for all the apartments. The bed linen was unpleasant too, just a furry shared blanket that you have to wrap in a sheet. The kitchen had no pepper, salt, or sugar, and there were several mold stains by the windows. We stayed in a tril.
