Hotel Villa Elisa

A beautiful hotel with a flower garden, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We'd gladly come back in the future.

Being family-owned shows in the care they give to service and comfort, and in how welcome I feel every time. I always enjoy staying here. Thank you for your exceptional kindness and for making me feel at home.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Elisa, I knew we'd love it. It's a lovely house among lush tropical gardens, right in the middle of Bordighera. After seven days, we still didn't want to leave. Theresa the hotel cat was a little darling, making the place feel cosy and homely. We'll miss her so much! The people looking after us were especially wonderful. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and nothing was a bother. That's what made it a place we'd like to return to, as other guests have done. The pool was great, breakfast fantastic, and being gluten free was no problem at all. We ate in the beautiful garden several times. Our bathroom was a little dated, and the room wasn't huge, but it was pretty and had everything we needed. It was also very reasonably priced compared with other places. Thank you for making our first time in Bordighera amazing!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I certainly hope to return. This is a lovely traditional villa with a fantastic pool area, showers and toilets, gardens, and a very good spa. Prices were very reasonable, especially when booking direct. The buffet breakfast was excellent; you could serve yourself and take it to your room on a tray. We booked direct, got a discount on comfort room 114, and had a good-sized balcony and an hour of spa access each day. It's best to book the spa. We also booked a very good massage each. The room was adequate, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning very good, though the shower was a little cramped. You can order lunchtime snacks near the pool, and the bar is open all hours. Parking is up a fairly steep area behind the hotel, with quite a few steps to carry luggage down, though there's a lift in the hotel. It's about a 15-minute walk downhill to the nearest restaurants, and a little farther to the seafront.
