It has what you need: a very clean place, comfortable bed, good air conditioning and heat, WiFi, parking, and a good breakfast. The host was very attentive.

The apartment is well maintained, and the helpful lady was lovely. You can cook for yourself in the kitchen, and the breakfast spread is excellent. Recommended.

Giulia, the owner, is kind, friendly, and helpful. The place itself is simple, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is generous, and she makes amazing pancakes with maple syrup, jam, or Nutella. Chiara is friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms are upstairs on the first floor, and breakfast is the traditional Italian kind: croissants, coffee, tea, milk, juice, jam, yogurt, biscuits, cereal, and fruit. There’s free parking nearby. It’s a fairly quiet area, a few hundred meters from the seafront and two or three public beaches without facilities.
