The Lagom room was spacious, beautiful, clean, and well kept, with a whirlpool tub, shower, and stunning sea view. I stayed there with my husband and our three-and-a-half-year-old son while seven months pregnant. We hadn't set out looking for this kind of place, but hotel availability was very limited, and we liked this B&B enough to book two nights, then add a third. At €200 a night, though, I expected all the included services to work properly. The shower only ran boiling hot. After a day at the beach and the walk back to the nearby B&B, I was tired and overheated, and showering that way was unpleasant. I couldn't wash in the hot tub, so I had to clean myself in bits. We called the owner right away, and she sent her husband to check. They said they'd fix it that evening, but the next morning they suggested opening the taps wider to see if cold water would come through. It didn't, so we called her again the second evening. They only managed to "solve" it on our last evening after we insisted on having a plumber come. We were at the beach from 9:30 until 5:00, so he could have visited while we were out. Instead, we were told he'd come between 8:30 and 9:00 in the morning. We had to get up early, but he hadn't appeared by 9:30 when we left the room. The owner acted as though nothing was wrong, wasn't very kind, and even denied saying the problem had happened before. We were also told that if we wanted to leave, we could just go. At checkout we asked for at least a small discount because of the problem. The answer, delivered peevishly, was that those were the prices. We paid in full, but won't return. Customers shouldn't be treated like that. The parking area isn't much of a lot, especially with a large vehicle. The flowerbeds make it hard to maneuver, and you risk hitting other cars. The door is defective too, so you have to check it's properly locked or it may be left open. The owner's rudeness also comes through in her past replies to negative reviews.
