We stopped on the way to see friends in Liguria, then stayed again on our way home. Both times we called late without knowing if we'd find a room, and they made us very welcome. The room was clean and pleasant, breakfast was good, and the price was excellent.
This is a family-run two-star hotel, even though some sites call it three-star. The breakfast and restaurant food are decent, and the room price is quite cheap, but only just makes the stay worthwhile. Fine for one night.
