The views were mesmerizing, and the service was super friendly. Dinner was tasty and fantastic; I’d recommend the roasted potatoes on the side and the salami appetizer. There was a phenomenal beer selection, and the bed was comfy. There’s no AC or TV, but that didn’t matter in late summer. A late thunderstorm brought cooler temperatures and beautiful views.

We had a lovely day exploring the castle, with lots of entertainment, shows, princesses, King Arthur, superheroes, and activities for children. I especially loved the Rapunzel tower; she was amazing. We don’t speak Italian, but the staff we talked to knew English and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much!

The views around the castle are amazing, and it has a really nice atmosphere inside. I was surprised to see tools people used in the Middle Ages on display there. There’s also a small restaurant where the staff wear medieval clothes. A super nice experience, and a place you must see!

It’s a nice castle to visit, with beautiful surroundings, a great view from the top of the tower, and a pleasant picnic area. We paid 24€ for four people, plus 2€ for parking. I’d recommend a visit, though I didn’t give it five stars because the descriptions and online app are only available in Italian.

The location is difficult to reach but very easy to defend, so it’s clear why the castle was built here. It’s very well preserved and organized, with information in multiple formats. There’s a restaurant, digital information points, plenty of parking, and nice walking paths nearby.
