Casa Vanni was a lovely place to stay, with roomy, comfortable rooms and a huge kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Guests can also use electric bikes. We came to Viganella to see the mirror, but ended up discovering much more, from the lovely people and scenery to the local traditions. I'd suggest coming during the festa della candelora to experience those traditions and chat with locals.

The setting is spectacular and the location is good. There was no one to welcome us or handle check-in, though, and there wasn't any service.

We felt at home almost right away in this restored, welcoming place. The room on the second floor was great, with a lovely balcony, and the shower was both hot and refreshing. The mattresses were among the best we've had on this trip. With two mountain stages still ahead, we'll be taking very fond memories of our stay with us. Thank you, and may you keep welcoming such lovely guests!

The house itself is wonderful and truly enchanting, but the care during our stay was seriously lacking. The staff weren't helpful, and the rooms weren't clean. In the bathroom there was residue from previous guests' samples, the tiles were dirty, and the sheets were torn. The listing says towels are changed every 3 days. We stayed for 4 days and never saw anyone. Breakfast was poor, and for the price, the property didn't deliver what it should.
