Casa Pasini Foresteria

We stayed one night, and the place really earns the word 'boutique'. It's stylish and spotless, with lovely attention to detail and clever use of space. From the window there's a classic Italian village view over tiled roofs and green hills. The hostess was welcoming and attentive, and the whole accommodation was clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and there was a bidet, good wifi, and a thoughtful little vanity care box. The room also kept noise from neighbouring guests out well. Breakfast was fresh and local. I would have liked more vegetarian and vegan options, like a choice of nuts or fresh fruit and vegetable juices, though I understand that when travelling you sometimes have to adapt or eat selectively. A skin lotion would be a nice addition. It might also help to put a small silicone top on the bidet bowl so the shower door can't knock against its side. For nearby stops, il Giardino is a delicious local restaurant, about 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. Verdemate Palace's remains and grounds are a two-minute walk away. The waterfalls are a short drive, and perhaps reachable on foot or by bike too.

The owner was a fantastic host, and breakfast had a delicious, wide range of food. The room was very clean, and the hotel has modern decoration with stunning scenery all around. Exceptional location. Thank you for a great stay!
