The hosts were very friendly until we broke one of their “rules.” I booked two nights, then got told to leave the lobby living room because I brought my own glass of wine instead of ordering one from them. Later, while I was chatting quietly on the phone, I was told the lobby living room was closed at 9:30. It’s a mixed experience. You have a great facility here, so please be friendly and reasonable. Don’t alienate people over little things.

We spent the New Year holidays at this family hotel and were treated like family, from breakfast until late evening. The hospitality, rooms, and location were all top notch. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and welcoming, and there’s free parking right outside the entrance, which helped a lot. It’s right in the city center, near the best restaurants, shops, and bars, and the ski shuttle stops directly in front. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Bormio.

We felt very welcome here. The owner and staff were lovely and helpful, and our room was modern and perfectly clean. It’s an amazing, authentic family-run hotel, and we loved both the place and Bormio.

The sisters who run the place are really friendly and helpful, and breakfast is much better than the average at Italian hotels. Rooms are small but fine, and it’s a nice place to stay if a bit of noise doesn’t bother you.
