Appartamenti Serena

The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, well looked after, and have everything you need to feel at home. You can walk to the town center. If I return to Bormio, I'd definitely stay at the Serena apartments again.

The cleanliness and furnishings were good, and being right on the main road may suit anyone who values convenience. For us, though, the traffic brought noise and smog, and the mountain noise didn't help, so the location wasn't ideal. The kitchen was missing breakfast cups and basic utensils, and the pans were in poor shape. The heating caused the biggest problem. Even after numerous calls and emails to the owner, it only worked for a few hours, mostly at night. That made the room uncomfortably hot for sleeping, while the apartment was cold during the day, especially the bathroom.

We had a whole apartment for the weekend, with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, and were very happy with it. The hostess was incredibly kind and available whenever needed. The residence is on the main road near the center, close to the spa, and 40 minutes from Livigno. If I get to visit the area again, I'll definitely stay here.

The owner was very kind and had left two bottles of water for us when we arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a kitchen, a large refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. It's well placed for getting to the city center, and there's a convenient café downstairs for breakfast.
