Breakfast had a great spread, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, with lots of storage, and I was glad they had parking for guests. The centre is only a short walk away. We had a good stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the restaurant was also very good. We found the staff polite, professional, and always happy to help or offer advice. The hotel is right in the city centre, with free and paid parking available. I'd highly recommend staying here. 👍🏼

The one good part of our stay at Hotel Cristallo was a genuinely enjoyable meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately, everything else made this one of the worst hotel experiences of my three-week trip through Italy. We came for a QC spa weekend and I regret not spending €40 more to stay at QC Terme instead. I wouldn't return and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. We were put on Level 1, where the noise reached us directly, even though the hotel clearly knew karaoke was scheduled that night. That feels careless, or dismissive of guests who want to rest. If karaoke nights are going to continue, they should be listed on all booking platforms. The live singing was loud and off-key until midnight. The place felt more like a seedy pub than a hotel, let alone somewhere meant for wellness and relaxation. Children were also screaming and running along the corridors late at night, and staff did nothing about it. I called reception to complain, but the response was nonchalant. There was no apology, effort to stop the noise, or offer to move us. I got one of the worst night's sleep of the trip, the opposite of what you'd hope for on a spa weekend. The interiors are outdated, and the experience doesn't come close to matching the hotel's 4-star rating or price. Spa services weren't included, which felt misleading, since virtually every other spa hotel I've stayed at in Italy included them. The stay felt like a complete rip-off and isn't suitable for anyone looking for peace, relaxation, or a true spa experience.

After a day skiing, it was great to come back to the indoor spa and relax. Those facilities are included in the room price. The bartender was very friendly and could mix almost any cocktail. A nice hotel in Bormio and a great vacation, thank you!
