The rooms were cute and seemed like good value for what we paid, but the food and staff really spoiled the trip. The food was horrible, we left it most nights, and my friend even threw up the next morning. After the cleaners came, everything had been moved onto different beds and my friends couldn't find a lot of their belongings. I also lost my watch, which I'd left on my bed. It would've been 20 times better if our things hadn't gone missing, the food had been cooked well, and my friends hadn't gotten sick.

The staff were gentle and welcoming, and the included breakfast was very generous. The location is handy for skiing at Bormio, Santa Caterina, and Livigno, right by the connecting road. I enjoyed my two-night stay, though the price felt high for the room quality. My double room was tiny, very basic, and furnished like something from the 80s, including the bed and bathroom. It could use an upgrade.

I've been staying at Villa Rina for almost ten years, both personally and for work, and my organisation had already been coming here for nearly 30 years before that. The staff are fantastic. It's an easy walk to the town centre and the ski resort lift, and with access to Stelvio Pass, it works well for visits in both winter and summer.

I was passing through on a two-day motorcycle road trip, and they were so welcoming. They let me leave both my bike and van parked there for the whole stay without charging me. The room was clean and comfortable, though it took a while for the shower water to heat up. I'd try to book here again when I come back to Bormio.
