The location is good, and the receptionists were nice and polite. We've stayed at the hotel several times, but the quality hasn't changed. There were three of us in the room, with a king size bed and a super comfy mattress, while one person had to use the sofa bed. Its mattress had springs pressing into your ribs, which was annoying. I hope they improve it by the next time.

The staff are super nice, and the rooms are gorgeous. They've been refreshed beautifully down to the smallest details, and they're very well equipped.
