Mansio Residence

The garage with its pool table, ping pong table, and bikes was a hit with the kids and adults alike. We spent five nights there over Christmas with our family group of 10, including children and two dogs, in two connecting apartments. There was enough in the kitchen to put together Christmas lunch, and the dishwasher meant we didn’t need the paper plates we’d planned to bring. A microwave would have been a useful extra, though. The bathrooms were very nice and comfortable, especially the one downstairs, and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of their own wine. Federico welcomed us warmly and explained the house, its history, and nearby attractions. The property is in the middle of the fields but close to Bosco Marengo, and the directions were simple. On Federico’s recommendation, we visited the Santa Croce complex and loved it. It felt welcoming for a group of our size, and we had a wonderful vacation. We’d happily recommend it.

A spacious place that suited our group well, with a room set aside for billiards and ping pong. It’s out in the countryside, but the quiet made the stay worthwhile. Federico, the owner, was friendly and helpful. A good fit for friends or family, and we weren’t disappointed.

Federico greeted us kindly and was always available if anything came up. The apartments are beautiful and roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the comforts we needed. The property is very large and works well for bigger groups.

This place is ours, so don’t go and take it over! It’s really beautiful, very tidy, and has everything you need for fun. The only drawback is that it’s a bit far from the nearest town.
