The restaurant was really, really good, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. Having AC was an extra plus, since not many places in the area have it.

We thought the meal was great value for the price. The waiter matched the wines beautifully with our food, and the Piemont-style dishes were deliciously prepared.

We had a delicious lunch here as a family of five. Everything tasted fresh and wonderful. They also brought out a little appetizer and a taste of dessert, which was a lovely touch.

On our little day trip to Bra, we tried this place after spotting it in our 1980 guide to Italian restaurants, 'ACI per viaggiare in Italia 1980 - Guida ai Ristoranti'. It was the only restaurant in Bra listed there that was still open, and we were glad we gave it a try. The plin and the main meat dishes were full of flavour and felt very authentic, and we loved the homemade desserts. The owner was warm and welcoming. We chatted about finding the restaurant in an old-fashioned way, like people did back in the 80s, and they even signed our guide with a heartfelt note. We'll definitely come back.

We tried the pasta with duck ragu brasaola and a couple of other dishes, and everything was great. The people were very friendly, and the food was traditional Piemonte cuisine.
