We ate with a big group and had a good experience overall, though some dishes were better than others. The building is quite dated, but there's a lovely lake view during the day.

We went as a group of 30, and the staff took care of every request. The set menu still had enough flexibility for people who didn't eat fish and for gluten-free diners. The seven-course meal was an incredible €35, including wine and bottled water. Excellent food, and a spectacular view.

Make a reservation if you want a lake-view table, then enjoy watching the swans. This lovely restaurant on Lake Bracciano is popular for family celebrations. The fried latterini, small lake fish, were delicious, as were the grilled zucchini and eggplant sides. The chocolate cake was gone before I could get a picture.

4/10
It's a lovely place to eat, and the staff are always fantastic, but I was disappointed by the food today. I'd booked for my birthday and the meal let me down. Come on, chef, don't ruin it for everyone.

8/10
The hotel gets the basics right, and the food is top-notch without being badly priced. There's a great wine selection too. My only quibble is the bed, which I found too firm. The view over that fantastic lake, though, was UNBELIEVABLE.
