We were especially thankful for how the staff helped us when we had no mobile coverage. They were kind, professional, and always ready to help, and made us feel welcome the whole time. The food was a highlight too, with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner and really good ingredients. Hotel Brückele was comfortable, warmly run, and well maintained. We had a great stay and would happily come back.

The hotel feels lovely and cozy, especially the lobby, where it was nice to sit for a while. We got such a warm welcome, and the location feels magical. It seems like a great place for families wanting to enjoy nature with kids in either summer or winter. We visited in winter, and our room hadn't been heated before we arrived. It took about a day for it to get properly warm.

We couldn't get any phone signal, and the hotel's WiFi didn't work for us either. Aside from that, it was nice.

It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful spot, though the food wasn't really to our taste. We still enjoyed trying it as an experience. For my brother's birthday, I had asked the restaurant to do something special. They brought two cakes, and we weren't sure why there were two, but didn't mind at the time. Then we saw a bill for 60 for cakes I hadn't asked for. Maybe the language barrier caused a mix-up, but they could have explained the charge before bringing them over. In Ireland, a similar request usually means a slice, often free, and if charged, maybe 7 euros at most. Seeing 60 on the bill was a shock.

The food, rooms, and destination were all fantastic, and this hotel made our holiday feel really special. It's one of the nicest places I've stayed, even compared with some far more expensive hotels in the Dolomites. We'll be back.
