We called twice on the way to ask for information, and they hung up on us both times. Then I asked whether a gluten-free dinner was possible, and the receptionist got angry right away, responding rudely and sarcastically. I understand if they don't want to prepare a gluten-free meal, but the reaction felt strange and intolerant. Why advertise that you accommodate food intolerances if a simple request is treated like an outrage? It makes me worry about how guests are treated when they're different in other ways because of traits they're born with and can't change. That kind of rudeness ruins a stay. P.s. Other reviewers with bad experiences also described the rude person as a red-haired lady, apparently named Laetizia. Her mother seems very sweet.

We went skiing at Kronplatz every day, so I'd highly recommend coming by car. There are lots of things to explore nearby, and the location is great. The room was big, comfortable, and very nice, with a huge bathroom. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and steam room. Dinner was delicious and freshly made, too. It's a cosy, quiet place that feels perfect for couples. Thank you, we had an incredible stay!

We found it easy to park, and the location worked perfectly for catching the bus to Prato Piazza and Lago di Braies. Dinner and breakfast were included and good, too. Our room was huge, with comfortable beds, and the sundeck and indoor jacuzzi were great. The steam room is a little older, but gets wonderfully warm and steamy. Reception staff were friendly. Great value for the price.

Dinner was the real surprise here. We stayed for a week, and every night brought something spectacular, more like a gourmet five-star meal than the kind of food you might expect with half board. The breakfast buffet was also extensive and delicious. The hotel is perfectly placed for hikes and enjoying the Dolomites, with amazing views from the property. Our room was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and frankly perfect. There’s a sauna, Jacuzzi, sun deck, and plenty of places to sit outside or in the sunroom and take in the scenery. It has everything, and I can’t recommend it enough!
