We stayed at the Chalet for six nights and were absolutely happy with it. With just five rooms, it feels like a family place, not a typical hotel. If you want to slow down and feel at home, it’s just right. The view is beautiful, and the spa was awesome. Giorgia and Nicola are lovely hosts who put more than 100% into making everyone feel good. They’ll look for activities and tours if you ask, and special breakfast requests like vegan food are no problem. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and cake, fresh fruit, and everything needed for a good start to the day. There are a few shared spaces for guests, including a nicely set up living room and a sun terrace with a lovely view where you can get a tan without leaving the relaxed atmosphere. The hosts even offered us a taste of their delicious 'grappa' and dishes to use if we had dinner on our own in the dining area. It feels like they want you to feel at home, rather than just make a profit from your stay. We’ll definitely come back. We enjoyed every moment. Thanks for such a nice time.

We’ve stayed at Chalet Pinocchio several times, and it’s been one of the best places we’ve ever visited. The family runs five chalets connected to a spa and breakfast area, and there’s even a wheelchair-friendly option. It’s not five-star all-inclusive, but the spirit of the place and the kindness of Gerogia and Nicola, along with their five children, Karen, Nicole, Marina, Theresa & Valentino, make it unforgettable. We’ve had wonderful times here and can recommend it to motorbike riders, cyclists, petrol heads, and wine enthusiasts. Looking forward to seeing you again! 😉🍷

The location is lovely, green and peaceful, with plenty of options for walks and cycling. The outdoor pool with hydromassage looks out over a stunning valley, just right for a relaxing holiday. The chalet itself is beautiful, showing how much passion and care Giorgia and Nicola have put into it. Gorgeous materials and colors, big windows over the Brentonico valley, a lovely garden and arboretum, and a path leading down to the road to the village. Everything was spotless, carefully maintained, and eco-friendly. We felt at home straight away. Our suite was welcoming, clean, and spacious, with wood paneling, tasteful rustic-chic furnishings, a very comfortable bed, and a large glass door opening to the garden and view. Breakfast was lovely, with homemade cakes and bread, local savory foods, and the landscape to admire while eating. Giorgia, Nicola, and Marina were professional and friendly, and took such good care of us. They even made us a fantastic dinner just for us in the panoramic sitting room.
