Very Good Featured review

The friendly staff, the view, and the location right on the slopes were the only good parts for me. The pool was cold, its wooden decking was rotten, and my room was dirty and noisy. The food was basic and served cold, and the TV didn’t work. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We were 28 people, adults and children, and stayed for a week. The welcoming atmosphere and spotless rooms stood out, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and knew their jobs. We ate very well, with varied, generous meals, and the bar service was great. Matteo, the bartender, was professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is right by the slopes, so we could get onto them directly. We had a great time and I highly recommend it.
