A month after the booking was confirmed, the host asked me to cancel, then stopped responding to my messages. In the end, she cancelled the reservation, saying there was “no payment,” although the fault was hers. We were left without a place to stay, with higher prices and fewer options. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t recommend it.

After I booked and paid a deposit, the host cancelled. When I asked what happened, she said another booking had come in that morning by chance. Her replies were dismissive and very unfriendly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, especially since reviews suggest these cancellations happen regularly.

The apartment was superb, wonderfully clean, and the view was especially lovely. The hosts were fantastic, incredibly kind, and always there when we called. I’ll definitely book with them again.

Getting our money back took repeated requests and we had to handle the matter ourselves, since no cancellation was processed. We had booked the apartment, then learned it was already occupied.

The hosts are friendly and glad to help, and the old natural stone walls kept the house cool and made for a restful night's sleep. It's wonderfully peaceful here, with a magnificent lake view. A place where you can really unwind.
