My parents were really happy with the stay, while for me it was okay. The owners are very nice and calm, and the hotel may suit you well if you want a few relaxing days right by Lake Garda. But if you're in your mid-twenties and want some rest along with people your own age, I'd look elsewhere. The rooms are nice and clean, and our apartment had a small kitchen where we could make lunch and have dinner. Breakfast wasn't very creative, though it was tasty, with fresh fruit salad every day, eggs, and crispy bread. As someone who prefers more sustainable, eco-friendly places, I found the amount of plastic excessive. The owners also have a Gelateria with homemade ice cream, but I found it a little boring. You can get better ice cream in Italy.

We loved the location and service, and the partial lake view was nice. For the price we paid, it's a very good place. There's a lift and parking, although getting into the garage is a bit tricky, it works.

Hi, could someone who speaks English please get in touch with me about this hotel? It's named after my great great great grandmother, who originally owned the land. Our family immigrated to America in the 1930s, and I'm interested in learning more.

The location earns two stars. Everything else was simply bad. The owner in particular is extremely unfriendly, and definitely shouldn't be working with guests or customers. You don't feel welcome at all.

The balcony has an awesome view, and the place itself is really beautiful and clean. The people are lovely, the service is perfect, and the ice is delicious :)
